1. Emotions..use them or lose them
1.Emotions..Use them or they will use you ?
Emotions which are the result of your thinking are the most uplifting or
destructive forces inside us. Under the power of emotions, people have
performed some of the most amazing things.
To a large degree, civilization itself can be defined as the intelligent channeling of
human emotion. Emotions are fuel and thinking is the pilot,
which together move you forward to success or failure.
There are four major Emotions; each, or as a combination, can trigger the
most incredible activity, or lack of activity. The day that you choose to
fuel your desire with these emotions is the day you'll move toward
your true destination.
As we all know,Action creates results, and Only correct action can creates correct results.
1) Frustration:
One does not usually equate the word "frustration" with positive
action. And yet properly channeled, frustration can change
your life. The person who feels frustrated to the extent of
exploding has reached a point of no return.
He or she is ready to throw out the challenge to life and say, "I've had it!"
That's what most people say when they reach the end of their tether which is usually
followed by the statement of "I don't want to live like this anymore.
I've had it with being broke. I've had it with being embarrassed, and
I've had it with lying."
Yes, productive results of frustration come when a person says, "Enough is enough."
When one has finally had enough of mediocrity, when you've had enough
of the feelings of fear, pain and humiliation Then one decides he is
not going to live like this anymore. Living life like a loser. Call it what you will.
The "I've had it" day, the "never again" day, the
"enough's enough" day. is hugely powerful! There is nothing so
life-changing as gut-wrenching frustration.
2) DECISION:
Most people are pushed to the wall before they make decisions. And once
they get there, they have to deal with the conflicting emotions that
they refused to deal with prior to impact. We reach a fork in the road
and have to make a choice to go left or right.
No wonder decision-making can create knots in stomachs, keep us awake in the middle of the night,
or make us break out in a cold sweat.
Making life-changing decisions can feel like a war is going on inside
your head 24/7. Conflicting voices of emotions, each with its own
reasons, they fight each other for supremacy of our minds.
And our resulting decisions, whether bold or timid, well thought out or
impulsive, will either stimulate a course of action to freedom or blind us to it.
I only have one idea to share with you about decision-making…
Whatever you do, don't stop at the fork in the road. Decide. It's far
better to make a wrong decision than to not make one at all. Everbody
has to confront their emotional turmoil and sort out their own
feelings.So get on with it…NOW
3) DESIRE:
How does one gain desire?
I can't answer this directly because there are many ways. But I do know
two things about desire:
a. It comes from the inside not the outside.
b. It can be triggered by outside forces.
Almost anything can trigger desire. It's a matter of timing as much as
preparation. It might be some music that tugs at the heart. It might be
a
memorable sermon. It might be a movie, a conversation with a friend, a
confrontation with the enemy, or a bitter experience. Even a book or an
article can trigger the inner mechanism that will make some
people say, "I want it now!"
Therefore, while searching for your desire, don't build a wall to
protect yourself from experiencing life. The same wall that keeps out
your disappointment also keeps out your opportunities to engage. The next
idea-desire could be the one that moves your life ahead so seek and ye shall find..
4) RESOLVE:
Resolve ( To decide firmly on a course of action ) " I Will" These two
words are among the most potent in the English language. Benjamin
Disraeli, the great British statesman, once said, "Nothing can resist a
human will that will stake even its existence on the extent of its
purpose." In other words, when someone resolves to "do or die," nothing can stop him.
Tiger Woods the golfer says, "I will WIN". They told me it's too hard,
it's too steep,, it's too difficult. But it's my mountain. I will ascend..
You'll soon see me waving from the top or you'll never see me,
because unless I reach the peak, I'm not coming back." Who can argue
with such resolve?
When confronted with such iron-willed determination, I can see Time,Fate
and Circumstance calling a hasty conference and deciding, "We might as
well let him have his dream. He's said he's going to get there or die trying."
The best definition for "resolve" I've ever heard came from a Jim Rohn
story he shared about a schoolgirl in Foster City, California. It follows…
"As is my custom, I was lecturing about success to a group of
bright kids at a junior high school. I asked, "Who can tell me what
"resolve" means?" Several hands went up, and I did get some pretty good
definitions. But the last was the best. A shy girl from the
back of the room got up and said with quiet intensity, "I think resolve
means promising yourself you will never give up."
That's it! That's the best definition I've ever heard: PROMISE YOURSELF YOU'LL NEVER GIVE UP.
Wow how awesome was that Jim Rohn extract, now think about this,
How long should a baby be allowed to learn how to walk? How long would you give the average
baby before you say, "That's it, you've had your chance"? Any
and all mothers would say, "My baby is going to keep trying until he
learns how to walk!" No wonder everyone walks.
And yet we continually condem ourselves because we have'nt succeeded in 15 minits or less..lol
So the lesson is "How long are you going to work to make your dreams come
true?" maybee, "As long as it takes." because that's what
these four emotions are all about. So stop bullsh…ing yourself and
get going NOW
I know Your frustration is at it's peak, you've hit the fork so

3. As A Man Thinketh:
"Thoughts sow seeds in the fertile soil of the mind and by the law of things,
they produce after their kind." – Above as below
We focus a lot on how powerful our thoughts and actions are and in so
doing, we overlook one of the most powerful determiners of dreams —
our words.
In fact, many of the words we use in casual
conversation we use without much thought for the effect were having on
our emotions and actions. If you listen closely when someone
is asked how they are they will usually answer with a comment like " oh
not bad" or "i'm ok " or " I will be better when…".
Suffering is allways the the effect of wrong thinking in some direction and as
they have discovered , suffering and misery, not lack of material
possesions, are created from wrong thought so what are you constantly
running over and over in your mind creating what you don't
want, like a mantra.. ?
The proof of these truths is in you and it's easy to discover
through systematic introspection and self analysis. The moment you
radically alter your thoughts is the moment you move into a rapid
transformation of yourself and hence your external circumstances will
transform.
Remember, a particular train of thought persisted in, be it good or bad, cannot
fail to produce it's result on our character and circumstance and since we
cannot directly choose our circumstance it's imperative to take control
of your thoughts so you can indirectly, yet surely, shape your
circumstance.
YOU DESERVE the
best
REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE
IN THE WORST…
THINK..THINK…THINK…and then THINK again..GOTT
IT ? :
"I believe that we
are solely responsible for our choices, and we have to accept the
consequences of every deed, word, and thought throughout our lifetime."
